Applications can be submitted here!
The most recent update about the grants program can be found here.
Submit your application through this form. The form will close on January 30th and applications will be reviewed and approved on a rolling basis. Please take time to communicate clearly and intentionally about your project.
After submission, applications will be created as pages in a Notion database. From here, the committee will perform an initial evaluation, screening for spam and to determine if more information is needed. During this process, the email provided in the application will be granted view permissions on your application.
Promising applications will be appointed a “champion” to serve as the primary point of contact on behalf of the committee. Champions will work with applicants to clarify the proposal, coordinate interviews, and gather any information requested by the committee.
Committee members and the applicant’s champion will review the application and its supporting information. Then, committee members will compose written opinions regarding whether or not the grant should be approved. These opinions will serve as justification for the committee’s final decision.
The committee will vote as to whether the grant application should be approved or rejected. If rejected, quality applicants are encouraged to reapply, incorporating the committee’s feedback. If accepted, payment will be issued subject to a grant agreement approved by both parties.
